Introduction

Gigamein, Inc. ("Company", "Gigame", "we", "us", "our") is committed to respecting the privacy rights of its customers, visitors, and other users of the Company Website (the Website or the Site). We created this Website Privacy Policy (Privacy Policy) to give you confidence as you visit and use the Site, and to demonstrate our commitment to fair information practices and the protection of privacy. This Privacy Policy is only applicable to the Site, and not to any other websites that you may be able to access from the Site, each of which may have data collection, storage, and use practices and policies that differ materially from this Privacy Policy.

(a) USERCONTENT DURING SIGNING UP: By submitting Personal Data through our Site or Service, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and you expressly consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

(b) WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?: When you register with us, as part of the registration and verification process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our Website, we also automatically receive your computers internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. With your permission, we may send you emails about Job categories, new job postings and other updates.

SECTION 2 - TYPES OF INFORMATION COLLECTED

(a) TRAFFIC DATA COLLECTED: We automatically track and collect the following categories of information when you visit our Site: (1) IP addresses; (2) domain servers; (3) types of computers accessing the Site; and (4) types of web browsers used to access the Site (collectively Traffic Data). Traffic Data is anonymous information that does not personally identify you but is helpful for marketing purposes or for improving your experience on the Site. We also use cookies to customize content specific to your interests, to ensure that you do not see the same advertisement repeatedly, and to store your password so you do not have to re-enter it each time you visit the Site.

(b) PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED: In order for you to access certain premium services and to purchase products that we offer via the Site, we require you to provide us with certain information that personally identifies you (Personal Information). (c) INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO FACEBOOK AND OTHER SOCIAL NETWORKING SITES: If you are not currently registered as a user of the Service, and you click on Sign In using Facebook or LinkedIn, you will first be asked to enter your credentials and then be given the option to register for the Service. In this case, we may receive information from LinkedIn or Facebook to make it easier for you to create an Account on the Site. Any information that we collect from your social networking sites may depend on the privacy settings you have with that corresponding site, so please consult their privacy and data practices.

(d) Information Collected From Third Party Companies: We may receive Personal and/or Anonymous Data about you from companies that provide our Service by way of a co-branded or private-labeled website or companies that offer their products and/or services on our Site. These third party companies may supply us with Personal Data. We may add this information to the information we have already collected from you via our Site in order to improve the Service we provide.

SECTION 3- USES OF INFORMATION COLLECTED

(a) COMPANY USE OF INFORMATION: We use Contact Data to send you information about our company or our products or services, or promotional material from some of our partners, or to contact you when necessary. We use your Financial Data to verify your qualifications for certain products or services and to bill you for products and services. In addition, we maintain a procedure for you to review and request changes to your Personal Information; this procedure is described in Section 3(c), below.

(c) USER CHOICE REGARDING COLLECTION, USE, AND DISTRIBUTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION: You may choose not to provide us with any Personal Information. In such an event, you can still access and use much of the Site; however you will not be able to access and use those portions of the Site that require your Personal Information. If you do not wish to receive information and promotional material from us or from some of our partners, you may select the appropriate opt-out option each time we ask you for Personal Information.

(d) USER TESTIMONIALS AND FEEDBACK: We often receive testimonials and comments from users who have had positive experiences with our Service. We occasionally publish such content. When we publish this content, we may identify our users by their first and last name and may also indicate their home city. We obtain the users consent prior to posting his or her name along with the testimonial. We may post user feedback on the Site from time to time. We will share your feedback with your first name and last initial only. If we choose to post your first and last name along with your feedback, we will obtain your consent prior to posting you name with your feedback. If you make any comments on a blog or forum associated with your Site, you should be aware that any Personal Data you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of these forums, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to submit in these blogs and forums.

Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

(a) COOKIES: Here is a list of cookies that we use. We've listed them here so you that you can choose if you want to opt-out of cookies or not. _session_id, unique token, sessional, Allows Gigame to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc).

(b) CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION: Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, we will keep your Personal Information private and will not share it with third parties, unless such disclosure is necessary to: (a) comply with a court order or other legal process; (b) protect our rights or property; or (c) enforce our Terms of Service. Your Personal Information is stored on secure servers that are not accessible by third parties. We provide you with the capability to transmit you Personal Information via secured and encrypted channels if you use a similarly equipped web browser.

(c) LOST OR STOLEN INFORMATION: You must promptly notify us if your user name or password is lost, stolen, or used without permission. In such an event, we will remove that user name or password from your account and update our records accordingly.

(d) USER ABILITY TO ACCESS, UPDATE, AND CORRECT PERSONAL INFORMATION: We maintain a procedure in order to help you confirm that your Personal Information remains correct and up-to-date. (a) HOW DO YOU GET MY CONSENT?: When you provide us with personal information to complete registration, verify your email address and other personal information, we deem that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
